Our Story
Co-founded by a visionary duo Chetan Parikh and Vatsal Ghiya, Insights AI’s origins trace back to a shared dorm room at the University of Massachusetts, where Chetan Parikh and Vatsal Ghiya bonded over a shared ambition to innovate in healthcare technology. After cutting their teeth with Fortune 100 companies, they embarked on a journey in 2004, establishing a medical transcription company and later, in 2010, expanding into a revenue cycle management platform with proprietary APIs.
The concept of Insights AI was born from a crucial client meeting. This was the catalyst for a remarkable journey, uniting a team of elite software engineers, transcriptionists, data scientists, researchers, and designers with a singular mission: to craft the world’s most adept medical AI platform, capable of organizing medical data to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare costs.
